Requests for Information, Requests to Delete, and Requests to Correct Inaccurate Information require verification of your identity. If we are able to match the information provided in your request to our records for these request types, you will receive an email for verification purposes sent to the matching email address Mazda has on file. Please follow the instructions in that email to complete the verification process within 48 hours. If we do not receive your verification in 48 hours, the link will expire, your request will be closed, and you will need to submit a new request. Once verified, Mazda will begin to process your request and deliver results to the same email address unless you request to receive results by mail by calling Mazda Customer Service at 1-844-931-1678.

If we are not able to match the information provided in your request to our records for these request types, we will not be able to verify your identity and cannot process your request to ensure the security of your personal information and will communicate this result to the email address you entered in the request form.

REQUEST TO CORRECT INFORMATION


Under CA, CO, CT, DE, IA, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, TX, UT, and VA data privacy laws you have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information ("PI") that Mazda maintains about you.

You may be able to quickly update certain PI in the following ways:

  1. If you have the MyMazda App, update your profile in your MyMazda App and allow 24 hours for the changes to be reflected in our systems, or
  2. call Mazda Customer Service at 1 (844) 931-1678

If you do not wish to use either of the above methods, please use the form below to submit your request and allow us to verify your identity. In the DESCRIPTION box, please indicate the information that you believe to be inaccurate, any information that may help demonstrate the inaccuracy, and the correct information for our review.
