Requests for Information, Requests to Delete, and Requests to Correct Inaccurate Information require verification of your identity. If we are able to match the information provided in your request to our records for these request types, you will receive an email for verification purposes sent to the matching email address Mazda has on file. Please follow the instructions in that email to complete the verification process within 48 hours. If we do not receive your verification in 48 hours, the link will expire, your request will be closed, and you will need to submit a new request. Once verified, Mazda will begin to process your request and deliver results to the same email address unless you request to receive results by mail by calling Mazda Customer Service at 1-844-931-1678.

If we are not able to match the information provided in your request to our records for these request types, we will not be able to verify your identity and cannot process your request to ensure the security of your personal information and will communicate this result to the email address you entered in the request form.
