Please follow the instructions in that email to complete the verification process within 48 hours. If we do not receive your verification in 48 hours, the link will expire, your request will be closed, and you will need to submit a new request. Once verified, Mazda will begin to process your request and deliver results to the same email address unless you request to receive results by mail by calling Mazda Customer Service at 1-844-931-1678.
